Hi everybody hope you will enjoy this 15 min HIIT workout. This fat burn and intense workout is part of my online program i am working on and it will see the light soon. Today's workout is super fun body weight routine, which you can do anywhere, even on vacation if you are currently there. We have 5 different exercises and we will repeat them for 3 rounds. Timer is 15 sec of your rest and 45 seconds of you maximum effort. Make sure you will do a short warm up before you jump into the workout. Workout breakdown: 1. Kick Through Push up 2. Plank hold 3. Scissors jump to Lunge 4. V-up to Heel touch abs 5.
